Blueberry breakfast parfait

Blueberries add the perfect sweet bite to this healthy breakfast parfait. You can't beat the combination of fresh berries, yogurt and granola.

6 ounces (about 1 cup) fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 cups yogurt
1 cup granola

1. Combine the blueberries, brown sugar, water and lime juice into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and then continue cooking for about 6 minutes, or until the blueberries begin to pop and the liquid has thickened. Set aside.
2. Layer the yogurt and granola into serving cups. Spoon the blueberry compote over the granola and yogurt and serve.
